What is a mixed-income neighborhood?

A mixed-income neighborhood reserves 1/3 of the new homes for low-income families. Leveraging gentrification with justice means developing neighborhoods that are accessible to the poor, not just the wealthy. In the past, most neighborhoods were homogenous by race or income. We believe that the future is in redeeming our histories by coming together across all boundaries. This is God’s heart for our world.
