How do I become an Intentional Neighbor?

Informally speaking, anyone making a significant contribution to the life of a neighborhood is an “intentional neighbor”. For those interested in partnering with Charis, we offer vacant lots to intentional neighbors at an affordable cost. This requires a 3 year agreement to live in the neighborhood, giving Charis final approval of the house plan to ensure that new homes do not drive up the taxes for our affordable homeowners.
