Our Housing

In an effort to create economically, socially and culturally diverse neighborhoods, we provide a wide array of housing opportunties that range all the way from affordable rental units to moderate rate for-sale properties.

Moderate Rate Housing: The foreclosure and mortgage fraud crises has left our target neighborhood with a unique challenge. We are in the process of reclaiming and rehabbing these beautiful houses. We are selling these houses on the open market for a moderate rate price – generally ranging from $120-130,000.

Affordable Homeownership: Our program provides 0% interest loans for 1st-time homeowners. We work with families who earn 50-80% of the Area Median Income.

Rental Housing: Our program provides transitional rental apartments for those needing an opportunity to get back on their feet. Rental housing also is available for those earning 30-80% of the Area Median Income.
