James Brian Hobbs

Property Management & Maintenance

Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Brian has been a resident of Atlanta, Georgia for the past 16 years. He and his wife, Minnie, have two adult children. Brian serves as the Maintenance Supervisor for Charis Community Housing. He comes to Charis with 14 years of experience, having worked in the hotel industry and property management. Brian enjoys working with the residents of GlenCastle and the Charis homeowners, a role which allows him to lead and put into practice his strong work ethic.

As the Maintenance Supervisor at Charis, Brian oversees the successful completion of all maintenance and repair requests to ensure the safety of the residents and staff. Through these daily operations, Brian minimizes opportunities for unexpected expenses by controlling and reducing costs, by increasing maintenance efficiency, and extending the life of equipment.
