Director of Operations

Originally from Houston, TX, I have lived in Atlanta for the past 12 years. I am happily married to my husband, Donyel, and we have 2 beautiful children, Ki’ara (12) and Darius (2). I served in the U.S. Army for 8 years, and have been a part of the Charis staff for 3 years. I enjoy cooking, interior design, gardening and dancing. I am actively taking and enjoying kickboxing lessons. I love what I do and enjoy the day-to-day challenges it brings. My role has taught me alot about myself and has grown my ability to adapt to the changes people face in urban communities.

My role as Director of Operations is to oversee the company’s finances and manage commercial and residential properties, for which I maintain extensive relationships with various vendors and contractors. I manage the Maintenance Superintendent, who provides service to 21 rental units, a 65-room apartment building and 3 large commercial buildings.
