Our mission

The mission of Charis Community Housing is to restore and develop wholesome, viable, self-sustaining mixed-income neighborhoods where God’s peace is present and people’s lives and community are transformed. In partnership with community leadership, Charis designs comprehensive redevelopment plans, assembles implementation teams and resources, and serves as master developer for the rebuilding of neighborhoods.
